We require the following documentation to fully register you for work:
CV up to date CV detailing any gaps in employment
DBS - no older than 12 months for temporary work and no older than 3 years for permanent work
References (a minimum of 2 referees covering at least 5 years)
Eligibility to work in the UK (ie passport and visa)
Proof of Qualifications
UK Naric Certificates (if applicable)
Completed and signed Application Form
Proof of Professional Registration (i.e. QTS Number, HCPC Number, NMC Pin Number, GMC Pin Number, etc.)
Occupational Health checks (where applicable)
Mandatory Training (where applicable)
Immunisation Certificate - we need a copy of your all your mandatory immunisations - Hep B, TB, MMR, Varicella. (where applicable)
Face to face interview at our office or via skype when necessary, to assess all your needs to match you to your ideal employer and agreed targeted clients.
